Navigator for Palo ALto to Half Moon Bay drive

I am thinking about taking part in the British Car tour from Palo ALto to 
Half Moon bay, which takes place on September 09.

Last year I drove this, but felt that trying to drive while reading 
instructions is rather dangerous. Anyone car to act as navigator in a '57 
MGA?
