Oversteer/Understeer

Hi All,
  Seeing as how some of use appear to be a little confused as to the meaning of 
the terms 'oversteer' and 'understeer', I thought I'd through this out there 
for reference.  It also tells you what to do with your tire pressure to correct 
the condition.
