Seized 1600 MGA engine

Hello fellow listers,
    I have been lurking for a while (I have about 1000 unread
messages).  I have found a MGA in Newark, DE.  The engine is seized, and
I was wondering how tough it would be to put it in working order.  I
believe it is a 1600.  Oh, does anyone have any experience in dealing
with British Racing Green?
