I have a minor leak in my rear axle. I am 98.345% certain that it is not
brake fluid (as my resevoir does not seem to be losing noticable amounts
of brake fluid).

I tried looking in my Heinous manual to see what sort of gasket
is used to keep the gear oil next to the diff and out of the brakes,
but all of the drawing that I found seem to stop at either the
end of the axle housing from the axle side, or the backing plate from
the brake side.

Can anyone tell me what is involved in sealing this up? Gasket? O-Ring
(I seem to remember that spridgets have both, but this car is an MGBGT).
I have the later style MGB rear axle.
