OUCH!  I suppose that's why I patched mine up with chewing gum and hairpin
and drove it home from Champaign a couple of months ago after it dropped a
valve and punched out a piston.  You know my MGA really, REALLY hates being
towed.  I hear yours was still running (with some new noises of course).
Just a thought.
