Enrique: If you are writing about an MG electric pump, they do make a clicking or thumping noise. There are several causes. The pump's rubber mounts are loose or have gotten too old. When you worked on it, you may have done something to make it noisier. By unscrewing the magnet housing, you may have turned it to far. Have you checked the shop manual and read how you are to rebuild and/or set it? |
