74 MGB : where can I get a rear wheel cylinder quickly

OK, this is a bit of a long shot.

Does anyone in Massachusetts know where I can get a rear wheel cylinder
for a 74 1/2 B? I know I can mail order from a number of places but I
wanted to get the job done tonight.
