Long drive

My wife and I are seriously considering doing the 'Dare to be British'
weekend in Ct the first weekend of June. Her Hometown is Waterford, the
site of the show on Sunday. Couple of questions...who is going (a few I
would guess). 2nd, according to mapquest it is a 244 mile drive from
Alfred, Me to Lakeville Ct. I have the 'new' engine in the 67 but will
still be a little paranoid about the trip any things I should consider
before heading out on the road.
