There's a main bearing removal tool that fits into the oil passage of the main journal, has a head on it a bit thinner than the thickness of the bearing shell. You put the tool in the oil passage, rotate the crank backwards to spin the shell out of the main web. Usually sold as an assortment of several sizes. CR |
