Funny, when asked why Alchemy could make the company work when BMW 
had been unsuccesful, the head of Alchemy said that BMW was trying 
to make Rover a mass-market car, whereas Alchemy would direct 
development and marketing to an appropriate niche. (I think this 
was on BBC Newsnight last night)
