I've used c-clamps, bar clamps and vices, dependable upon what was handy at
that time. Use a little dishwashing soap and press in. When the bushing is
in as far as will go, reopen the vice (or clamp) and use a socket with
approx. the same diameter opening as the A-arm and press the bushing into
the A-arm until centered. I have found that if you put the bushings in the
freezer the day before installing and remove them when you are ready to
install, it is much easier to press them in.
