Up here in Victoria, BC we have a version going around which suggests
targeting one brand of gas until it goes down below C$.60 per litre, from
its' present 72, then switching patronage to those stations until the
others reduce their price accordingly. How about sticking it to Shell
until they reduce it to $1.?? per gallon?
