  You can find it on the North American MGB Register (NAMGBR) website,
under Tech Tips.  I used it but used two strands of wire from 20 ga
stranded hookup wire, instead of putting the wire betwee 2 & 3, I
extende it from one end to the other, clipped the protruding ends off
after torqueing the head nuts.  Nary a leak in two years.
