Dennis,
You'd do well to have a shop that is set-up to sleeve master cylinders
do
yours. The suppliers of brass tube sell it in 14 foot lengths (more than
enough to do both bores in your master). You should have a holding fixture,
a milling machine, a pressing jig, a bottoming end mill, a proper sized
hone, some Locktite, and a very good liability insurance company. IMhO, it
is not a do-it-yourself proposition.
