Any opinions - thoughts on the tubular shock conversion kits?

Is it really worth it?  Ease of installation?  Theory?

Front?  Rear?  Both?

Is anyone familar with the 2" Free Flow Exhaust System?

Vicki British Catalog MG.40 page 21.

This is just a weekend driver but I like the fact that everything comes with 
this kit with the exception of the stud kit.
