Actually I had the MGA out on Sunday for a drive - really balmy weather
we are having here in New Jersey. Yesterday and today are/were
exceptional as well.
Update - pulled down the muffler this morning and find that the manifold
is ok but the front down pipes got pushed forward a bit and ruined the
flanges around them - will probably never get a good seal - so off I
went to Moss (jersey) this morning - hour and 15 min drive and was
greeted by a sign on the window CLOSED FOR INVENTORY UNTIL JAN 6!!!
Door was opened and I went in and was promptly told they could not help
absolutely no sales could be made! Needless to say I am ROYALLY P.O.'D
Going to make a call to a list member dealer to see what they can do .
Would have done that in the first place but wanted the parts today since
I took the day off from work to get the car back on the road.
:(
