I thought the bonnet was somewhat Bentley-like - there are some old series
Bentleys with near identical bonnets, though I've yet to see one with the
rest of the vehicle like that.

Of course, it could be a Frankencar.  I know of people who used to put
Rolls Royce bonnets on VW bugs.
