My 79 passenger side seat belt retractor is acting odd. It will retract easily but it doesn't want to release the belt. Is there an adjustment on it somewhere or is there a way to rebuild the system OR if neither of those is possible, is there a source for the retractor where I could possibly obtain on e this week?
