Problems Starting

To All:

Can someone tell me why  the following
is happening:

    Particulars:

        67 MGB
        Tuned recently with new plugs pts and condenser
        reset timing.
        
        Reset carbs, charged battery

        Car will eventually start, but does take
        a while, choke is out all the way without
        stepping on gas.
