Doesn't sound too bad to me, but you have to go check it out.
Where are you located, by the way?
I will be needing a rolling Midget for a project I am going to attempt with a
hydrogen engine in a midget.  I will not need a working motor, and probably
not even much in the way of wiring, but would like wheels, suspension, etc.
Maybe I could take one off your hands in a year or two (dont' buy them based
on this of course).
Keep us all posted.
