Backed the MGA out of the garage for a wash, polish and tickle under the
chin.
When I went to put her in the garage she wouldn't start.
- Tunrned over fine so batteries are great.
- The fuel pump is making noise so I am presuming (perhaps incorrectly) that
the ignition switch is OK.
- I have no spark at the plugs
The previous owners seem to have changed/painted black the wiring somewhat
so that trying to diagnose the problem is an excercise in futility as the
colors don't match.
Can anybody give me some pointers or a diacnostic approach that would help
me solve the problem.
Help greatly appreciated.
Cheers, Rick

Subject: New MG in 2003
I was just on the 2002 list and found them talking about this...
"Also in case not everyone one knew this the Z3 will most likely be
discontinued in 2003 because of the new MG which will actually just take its
place with a little redesign. That leaves an opening in BMW which happens to
be around the same time that the 2002 is supposed to be
out. Will it happen? We'll have to wait. Also most likely it won't be a copy
of the Mini, but BMW's compact car still RWD and more fun to
drive than ours now, well most of ours. Just thought I'd let the newbies
know whats going on and anybody else that hadn't heard"
Erik.
