need some help

first of all, does anyone have a steel header for a 79 b.  my exaust 
manifold just shattered on a nice afternoon drive and i dont want to put 
another on.
second, has anyone put a datsun head on a b?  is it difficult, much 
alteration, worth the effort?  does it make it crossflow?  does anyone have 
one?  thanks
