For starters, maybe the 15" wheels on the A vs 14" on the B.  Also it has a
lot to do with tire brand, as the carcass construction varies.  A non-stock
offset to the front wheels can make some difference.  And it has a lot to
do with foot print size and tire pressure.  Higher pressure reduces the
footprint and makes steering easier (but not necessarily better handling).
Higher tire pressure also transmits more road feel through to the seat and
steering wheel, better tactile feedback but harsher ride, so it can be a
trade off or a compromize.
