Front & Rear ride height

MGers,

Ever since replacing the rear springs on my 73B the rear
ride height has been a bit high.  I think it's about 1/2" to
3/4" too high, but I'm curious what is "correct" and what
can be done.  The springs I installed are 6-leaf type.  The
fuel tank is full, and there is absolutely no helium in the
trunk.
