The Roadmaster was indeed make in the 50's and 60's But more recently, it
was made in the early 90's on the Chevy Caprice frame. It looked similar
and is no longer in production.

Subject: car-o-scope and question abour brake hoses
Listers,
It was fun, had to share results as I don't remember seeing some of these
suggestions for alternate vehicles...
Also question at the end....
Car-o-scope:
Comparing You to Other MG MGB Owners
You picked a vehicle which is just about perfect
for you. Congratulations! For example, when compared to
other
people who own a MG MGB, you're just about the same in
terms of
your age, how much you really care about your car, and
your
educational level.
But there are some psychographic and/or demographic
measures on
which you differ from other MG MGB owners. For example,
you're,
well--to be generous--a bit too frugal, and you are a
little too much of a
snob.
How can you be frugal AND a snob , especially when driving an MGB?
1. Buick Gran Sport
2. Buick Roadmaster ????
3. Lexus GS300
4. Mercedes Benz E Class
5. Volvo 854
Buicks? And 2 of them.... Aren't Roadmasters those big 'boats' they
made in the 50's and 60s? Maybe this is to transport the MGB, just put it
in the trunk!
Well, this just threw off their demographics.....
Question:
I have to replace the rear brake hose on a 69 MGB, and was just wondering if
there are any tips or tricks to doing this. Is there any way to lessen the
fluid loss while changing the hose so the bleeding (mine and the car's..)
won't be such a chore?
TIA,
Craig Perry
