Hi. I feel that the B should be raised since the owner wants it higher.
There is some aluminum wedge looking pcs. with a spiral simular to 
ease out. Start the smaller end between the coil spring and insert a 1/2"
drive ratchet in the recess in the outer, larger diameter and turn about 
until it seats. This will increase the space in the coil. Install another if 
needed for a level car. A rather inexpensive fix.
