I have the same problem on my '72 right now (I think). Rattles a bit in the bumps, and gives a "clunk" sometimes. Everything else up there is brand new (swivel axles, etc.), and I've double checked it all just in case. Is there a way to check the steering without dismantling it to find out if it is indeed the culprit? What are some of the best ways of diagnosing various front-end noises? Thanks all, =J= |
