Hundreds of originals have failed in the years I've been in this
business................
No replacements have failed as yet, and I've used both Moss Motors' and
V-B's.

Subject: MGB Oil Flex Line
>Would be interested to learn if anyone has experienced a failure of
>subject part. This oil line is found on all MBG 1800 engines, from 1962
>through 1980. It runs from the lower right hand side of the block to
>either an oil pressure sender or to the pressure line feeding the gauge.
>In my experience it is a rubber hose, covered with stainless steel
>braiding.
>
>If you have experienced such a failure, was it the original hose, or a
>replacement?
