Lifting Body from MGA

Hi there,

More random questions, trying to get insight into whether a restoration
MGA is for me.

What's involved with lifting the body shell.  Presumably one removes all
of the interior and any peripherals from the shell.  Can the drivetrain
and running gear (suspension, brakes, etc.) stay?

Is it worth the effort of taking it off and restoring the frame?
