B boor hinges

I am rebuilding the door hinges on my 74 B. I removed the hinge pins,
drilled the holes out a little, and drove in hardened split pins. A little
stiff but works fine.
   Does anyone have an idea, of what to use, to replace the rubber bumpers,
inside the hinges, with. I don't see them in any of the parts lists.
