MGA coupe Rear window

folks,
It's time.
Got to finally get around to replace the rear window gasket on my coupe
and wish to ask the group if anyone here has already been down this
road? Are there any pitfals I should watch out for, Order of steps to do
this? Does the three pieces of glass get assembled first then fitted to
car?
Got the rubber windshield gasket from Macgregors in Canada. Looks first
rate.
