I think the author meant twminduction.com.

I am nearly finished with a tbi system for my '77, I have a gm 2.2 liter 4
cyl tbi system for sale actually for $200 US + shipping, complete from
distributor, tbi, ecu, sensors, no fuel pump. misc parts.

I am using a LH jettronic with an O2 sensor for a closed loop system. it
will not control the advance curve like the gm unit would. which I would
prefer.

I gutted a '85 2.5 volvo of it's LH system and I am using that.

I did contact twminduction and several other people. generally they advise
buying new aftermarket products, which have a high retail price, usually it
ends up around 2200 USD. twm will have in the future, a manifold and
injectors, they advise buying someone else's ecu. they were not very helpful
nor informative, even on their own product, the other references they gave
me were out of business or had changed phone numbers.

the hardest part of the whole job is designing a proper fuel return system,
there is some science to it, diameter & hot fuel returning from the tank,
anti-sloshing techniques. I learned a lot from that GM tbi system.
even a dowdy pontiac sunbird, (gm system), has a great deal of thought
behind it's fuel system. Imagine my surprise finding out via the sunbird
manuals that the motor in the sunbird had more grunt than the one in my mgb,
it caused me to pause momentarily.
