Unlikely to be (a) ground since so many circuits are affected, generally
they have their own.
High beam OK but no dip beam indicates problems with the dip-switch or the
blue/red circuit.
Indicators run off the green circuit via the hazard switch (if you have
one) - a common cause of turn-signal problems (have a look at
http://freespace.virgin.net/paul.hunt1/hammer.htm and click 'Electrics' and
'Turn signals').
Brake lights and reverse lights OK indicates the common ground on the rear
panel of the boot is OK, so if the tail lights don't work but the front
parking lights do it points to the red circuit leading to the back of the
car. However cars with the four-way fuse block have seperate park/tail
circuits for LHS and RHS so you could have two separate problems here.
Did all these go wrong together? If so, odd, but not impossible,
particularly if you were (no offence) poking around in the wiring before you
compiled your list of what did and didn't work.
