        If the video in question is the same video I have don't waste the 
money.My
    title is Guide to MGB Maintenance from Trinity Productions and produced in
    co-operation with Dunlop,Champion and Castrol.This video is an insult to 
the
    intellegence of any owner in to many ways to detail here and is sure to 
put even
    the most enthusiastic MGB owner to sleep rather quickly.
