Thanks, Skye, for the secret on the Tach adjustment.  Actually, I kind of
cheated.  I was able to pull off the instrument light bulb and stick my
little finger in enough to rotate the knob.  It shows dead on at idle now
and about 200 low at 2000 RPM and about 400 low at about 4000RPM.  I can
live with that.
