I may be wrong, but I think that Parrish has been taken over by the following:

I bought a used top and it needed a new seal and I got one from them.  It
was a bit expensive, and took a while, but at least I got it.  I would be
interested in the answers to the rest of the questions as I have the same
problems with mine.
