I have the aluminum valve cover from VB. (Hint: the breather hole is huge,
so I plugged it with JB weld and then drilled a smaller hole like the stock
one has).
Anyway, it doesn't seem to leak under normal circumstances, but last night I
changed the oil and I noticed that it was leaking badly out of the valve
cover, only while I was dumping it in (basically it pooled up in the top end
because it was getting dumped in faster than it was draining into the sump).
So, anyone have hints on getting a better seal on an aluminum valve cover?
It currently has a cork gasket with gasket sealer...
