It has been my experience with MG-B's...These cars are practically "hand
Made"..As such, body panels and such may not fit exactly from car to car. A
show car would probably have to have it's panels "hand fitted" to achieve a
perfect match.

When my 74B was painted 2 years ago it needed a new hood. Order one from Moss
for just over $100. shop warned me it would take some work to get it ready for
paint. to our surprise it arrived in perfect shape and required no body work.
about the only lucky part of the restoration.
