  Just a note on refitting new standard shafts into worn carbs:  What I
found on my AUD-326 carbs was that if I slipped the shafts out far
enough that unworn spots were in the bushings, there was no discernable
side play.  So I put new shafts in and tried them out.  It worked for
me, that time.  I wouldn't try it if I could feel some play.
