Hi,
A question, if I may. I'm about to reassemble the 77B's rear end. At the
moment I have the backing plates on my workbench, getting new shoes and
rebuilding the wheel cylinders. Is there antyreason why I should reinstall the
backing plates onto the axle before I reinstall the axle? It would seem to make
the axle installation easier if I leave the backing plates off until the axle is
in place. Comments? Suggestions? Thanks.
