Preston,
I didn't respond `cause I wanted to see what happened. I asked the same
question a few years ago and got the same silent treatment. Either no one
reads our email, no one knows, or no one cares.
I installed sealed bearings in the front wheels of the TC and have since put
on 3500 - 4000 miles and all seems fine. At work I use sealed bearings in
100+ HP motors that run 1800 - 3600 rpm, 24 hrs/day 350+ days/year for many
years at a stretch. I know there are varying stresses on car wheels but if
an SKF 6203 can last 15 years in a paper mill stock pump it's good enough
for my front wheels.
Cheers, eh!
