Actually, you should be able to get a copy of TBASE from and of the US
mini parts vendors.
But wait, there's more!!  Vizard will be releasing a brand new edition,
it was reported, within the next two or three months. I heard that he
claims a relatively easily gained 15HP over the mods described in the
last edition, copyrighted in the late 80's. Expected price is UKP20.00
