I'd say that the primer went on too dry. Try holding the gun closer to the surface, or turn down the air pressure. The solvent is evaporating before the paint gets a chance to flow out into a nice, smooth surface. Let me know if this helps. I just started masking my '79 B to get the back half in primer. maybe this weekend she won't be naked anymore. Calvin Krug |
