New to list

I am new to the MG car list and just wanted to say hi and ask a few
questions . I currently own a 1977 Midget . I have a lead on a 1954 MG
TF and I was wondering if any of you could give me tips on what to look
for in this year and model. Any areas I should be especially concerned
with ? How are parts availability for this type of car?
