I sealed my shop floor with a concrete stain, which is not especially good
looking, but seals from oil, etc. and lasts.  There are some epoxy systems
available that are better looking, high gloss, but have to be careful that
they don't come up under tires and they are slippery.  You can bust your ass
in any liquid spill.  Also pricey.  You're not ready to commit?  Say, what
was the lady's name?  John
