British Parts Northwest

I know this has probably been asked many time before, but how is the quality
of parts from British Parts Northwest in Oregon? 

I have been pricing parts for a Healey engine rebuild, and their prices seem
unbelievably low compared to Moss. Perhaps that is because I am looking at
their ads which have sale prices, but even with the 15% Moss discount they
are less expensive.
