Had exactly the same after replacing brake parts on both the roadster and
the V8 at different times.  Bled it, seemed solid, few minutes later further
to the floor that I would have liked.  Bled again, did get some froth out,
same result, although slightly better.  Did it again, no froth, same result.
Got fed up at that point and started driving the cars, getting heart failure
each time I put the brakes on as it sank a little futher than I was
expecting.  After a couple of days it was as right as rain.  "Ah," I hear
you say "you just got used to it!" but as I said at the beginning I did the
two cars at different times and could quite clearly feel the difference
between them immediately after the brake jobs, but not a couple of days
afterwards.
