I found the hole in the splined hub and used a sharp drift to push
them out.  It took some hammering and sweating, but I finally got
them out.  Once I did, I found that a layer of grease and sand was
holding them in.  Now that the insides of the hubs are clean, the
grease cups slide out to the hub of the wheel and fall out when I
pull off the hob.  Go figure!
