Hi Rick, Beats me; my repro of the '71 - '74 driver's handbook doesn't mention just sez move the sw towards the dash for OD and back up for direct. None of them apparently say you NEED to depress the clutch. So they all agree on that point, no ambiguity there, eh? No other point to be made... Ya wanta push the clutch guys? "B" my guest! ;^) CR |
