Usual disclaimers. Don't reply to me... I've also sent him the address of
the V8 discussion group on the MGEC BBS

Hello from Alexandria, VA, USA !! Got your website from Kurt Schley from
Ohio, said you might be able to help me w/
some info. I have 3 sets of the MG V8 valve covers, grey Rover oil filler
caps, a few rubber SD1 transmission mounts, V8
badges w/ the plinths and availability of other V8 conversion items. Kurt
put a very short add on the valve covers in the
last V8 Newsletter (2 issues a year) and I'm looking for a way to get this
parts availability out to the MGB enthusiasts in our
side of the world.
I do have an early '74 B, restored in '92 but body work wasn't too good
(although I did pay for a hopefully better job which
I didn't get !). Rust spots already in the usual areas. Mechanicals are
excellent. Also have a V8 conversion in the works,
should be completed this next summer. Familiar w/ the '80-'81 Rover 3500
SD1 ? Got one of those, too, still fooling around
w/ it, trying to get it running right. It has a surge problem.
Anyway, Skye, any suggestions on how to find other V8 conversion MGB'ers
? Would appreciate your advise.
Thanks !!
